You might seen lots of dash cam YouTube channel who featuring many accident videos and crash in America. Below, we will highlight some techniques which will help you to avoid car accident and teach you safe driving.

  • Pull into traffic slowly. Stop, Look, Listen. Be aware of blind spots, including those in rear view mirrors and behind windshield pillars or highway road signs. Also, when at an intersection making a right-hand turn, look both directions at least twice before proceeding. This will help you to avoid any kind of car crash in America from the bad drivers.
  • Watch for red light runners. Truck drivers have a large blind spot on their right-hand side, so be especially careful when driving next to an 18-wheeler.   1. Your psychology and how your brain think is really important for defensive driving. Many times, driver make mistake because of their thinking mistake. Don't be cocky.   2. Check your mirrors occasionally to maintain observational awareness (peripheral vision works too)
  3. Use your turn signals. Signal at least 3 seconds beforehand. For some motivation you can check this cam caught video.
  4. Avoid "lazy steering" with one hand all the time. It can make you more tired too since you aren't balanced.
  5. Turn your headlights on whenever it's cloudy, rainy, nighttime or 1 hour before sunset. (In California it's sunny enough to warrant the "cloudy" rule.) Headlights help others
